The Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) in conjunction with Earth Wind & Fire Co., Ltd. and Promenada Resort Mall Chiang Mai are organising the annual Chiang Mai Fest from 1 to 2 March, 2014.
Chiang Mai Fest 2014 is a two-day, free admission music festival, with a program of musical entertainment to appeal to all ages and fans of all genres of music.
A selection of artists and bands include Take Two, a boy-band known for their indie dance rock style; Matthew Mole, a South African musician who describes his style as folk with an electronic influence; Iyeoka, a Nigerian-American poet and soul singer; and Akasha, Asia’s number one 7-piece fusion band; plus many more supporting artists.
Promenada Resort Mall Chiang Mai
Promenada Resort Mall Chiang Mai is to host the festival, offering a “concert in the park” environment in conjunction with its “More than just shopping” concept.
The resort-style, multi-level, air-conditioned shopping mall combines an open-air tropical park with terraces, food, entertainment, an outdoor fair offering lifestyle and luxury products.
A free Promenada Shuttle Bus will be provided from 15.00 hrs until midnight during the festival.
The festival will remain open to guests for free. During the event, visitors can also choose to buy and enjoy a selection of refreshments and delicacies from leading hotels and restaurants cuisines in Chiang Mai.
